Empowering women to connect, grow and lead.
OVERVIEW
Women in Business, a nonprofit organization, has proudly served the Winona community for nearly 30 years. We are one of the few local organizations dedicated to recognizing and supporting women across a wide range of professions.
Each month, we gather for lunch to connect with fellow businesswomen, share insights, and hear from speakers who inspire both personal and professional growth. In just one hour, women from diverse industries build meaningful relationships that strengthen businesses-whether home-based or corporate while enriching family life and contributing to the success of the Winona community.
Through connection, collaboration, and continued growth, Women in Business remains a cornerstone of empowerment for women in Winona.
