About Women in Business
Women in Business (WIB) was founded to recognize and support women within the business community. Our mission is to inspire women of diverse occupations and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth through leadership, education, and networking.
Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of our community — especially through our annual Cabin Fever Dash — WIB proudly awards the $2,000 Vicki Decker Scholarship each year to an outstanding woman pursuing higher education.
Honoring Vicki Decker
This scholarship is named in honor of Vicki Decker, the founding chair of Women in Business. Her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to empowering others continue to guide our mission today.

Scholarship Eligibility:

Open to women enrolled in or continuing education at a university, technical college, or other higher education organization.

Open to those living or studying in the Winona area.

Must be active in the community or school organizations.

Open to those who haven’t already received a Women In Business Vicki Decker Scholarship.
