Women In Business is proud to offer the Vicki Decker Scholarship, honoring our founding chair, Vicki Decker. Her vision and leadership helped create and grow Women In Business, and she continues to inspire women from all walks of life.
This scholarship supports women pursuing higher education and continuing Vicki’s legacy of empowerment, leadership, and community involvement.
In 2026, Women In Business will award two $1,500 scholarships to eligible applicants.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Women enrolled in or continuing education at a university, technical college, or other higher education organization
- Living or studying in the Winona or surrounding area
- Active in community or school organizations
- Have not previously received this scholarship
